​Our mission is to provide safe, structured transitional housing that gives individuals returning to their communities the stability and support needed to successfully rebuild their lives. ROWES promotes long-term independence by connecting residents with employment opportunities, life-skills development, community resources, and supportive services while helping them overcome the barriers that often make successful reentry difficult.
