Together, we can create a lasting community impact by helping justice-involved adults build sustainable careers and successful futures through meaningful collaboration.
Partner with ROWES
We partner with probation and parole offices, correctional and reentry agencies, government agencies, employers, workforce development programs, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to support justice-involved adults as they transition back into their communities. Through these partnerships, ROWES provides workforce readiness, life-skills training, resource navigation, and reentry support designed to promote successful reintegration and reduce barriers to long-term stability.
